Properties Needed

The following are brief descriptions of properties for which we have interested clients.    We have an older couple looking for lake front property within a 6 hour drive of Washington DC.  The property may or may not have a residence, but must be capable of supporting one.  The preferred property will be at least 3 acres with a long frontage on a quiet lake of at least 100 acres in size.  Large noisy lakes will be considered depending on the site of the property.

    We have an older couple who would like a large, custom rambler, with garage on the main level, in the $1MM to $1.5MM range.  Must have large rooms, and must have updated kitchen and baths.

   We have a young family looking for a new or nearly new Colonial or Craftsman in the $1MM to $1.3MM range.  They'd like all the amenities, including an office (preferably on the first floor) and 4/5 bedrooms, plus an open kitchen-family room design and a 2-car attached garage.  The size of the lot is not that important.
