The following are brief descriptions of properties for which we have interested clients.    We have an older couple looking for lake front property within a 6 hour drive of Washington DC.  The property may or may not have a residence, but must be capable of supporting one.  The preferred property will be at least 3 acres with a long frontage on a quiet lake of at least 100 acres in size.  Large noisy lakes will be considered depending on the site of the property.
