Properties Needed
The following are brief descriptions of properties for which we have interested clients. If you are currently thinking of selling a property that you think would meet these requirements, please let us know, and we will give you a quick, honest appraisal of whether your property would meet the goals of our clients. If the answer is yes, we can talk further about your desires as a seller, and determine if a private sale would best meet your goals. We have an older couple looking for lake front property within a 6 hour drive of Washington DC. The property may or may not have a residence, but must be capable of supporting one. The preferred property will be at least 3 acres with a long frontage on a quiet lake of at least 100 acres in size. Large noisy lakes will be considered depending on the site of the property.
We have a middle-aged couple looking for a Rambler in North Arlington. The maximum price is $850,000, and the kitchen and baths must have been recently updated. Schools are not important, but condition and neighborhood are important. Also, backyard for outdoor living in season is important.
We have a young family looking for a Craftsman on at least 8,000 sq. ft. lot (with usable backyard), up to $1.4 million, OR, a 10,000+ sq. ft. lot (tear down) for less than $650,000, (must be good neighborhood feel) in the Yorktown school district.
We have a family relocating from California who would like a new Arts & Crafts, in the Jamestown, Nottingham, or Tuckaho elementary school district. Large yard preferred.
We have an investor looking for townhouse bargains that can be purchased and rented to unrelated individuals (multiple bedrooms and baths). Prices up to $500,000 are considered, within a mile of metro preferred.
